Valentino Fall 2013
High laser cut lace collars, short hem lines, the Delft-inspired gowns, the capes, and the scalloped suit.

LV Pre-Fall 13
I love the use of volume, patterns and textures while keeping it at neutral ground. Feminine silhouettes and paper boy hair cuts, perfect!

Free People Holiday 2012
It's that time of year again where the designers at Free People release 50-100 pieces of these one-of -a-kind holiday dresses. I am aware of the repetitive Free People posts on my blog. However, their creative directors have never failed to inspire me. I love the 1920's vibe this campaign's got going on.

Highlights of LV Spring 2013
I am not so big on the classic Louis V patterns on a purse or a wallet but give me that print in a dress suit or pea coat and I believe that's creative genius-ness.

Fall Forever
The success of the Club Monaco Fall Holiday 2012 look book heavily relies on the layers. When my days are cloudy and that breeze becomes more and more apparent in the mornings, I always look to layering. Layering is an art. It depends on the basics in your closet as well as those specialty pieces that are textured or printed. However, there are other aspects such as matching up your patterns or mixing textures and volume. Those printed socks or cuffed sleeves really make a difference to your style. As fall is approaching, I'm ecstatic to get rid of the bright neons and pastel colors from my wardrobe. I am definitely an olive green, burgundy, navy, grey and burnt orange wearing girl. Perhaps it is the introvert in me but give me anything off color and dark and I'm all on that!
